To avoid microfibre release, it is advised to spot clean the backpack on focused areas with a dry cloth. We also advise to occasionally air out the product to allow the fabric to breath and increase the lifecycle of the product.

All our products purchased on the website come with a 12 month warranty for all bags and accessories. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Not to worry, we have a 7 day return program from the day of reception. The returned product must be in the original condition and packaging with all tags intact.

Bought this bag last month and it’s been travelling with me ever since. It’s a mix of style, comfort and utility. Highly recommend this one. Pretty sure it won’t disappoint
Nice pricing for the quality of the product
But misses on padding for back and laptop compartment.. and macbook 15.6’ just fits in, i am not sure about the 16’
But overall nice product
