All our products purchased on the website come with a 12 month warranty for all bags and accessories. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Not happy with the product?

Not to worry, we have a 10 day return program from the day of reception. The returned product must be in the original condition and packaging with all tags intact.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To avoid microfibre release, it is advised to spot clean the backpack on focused areas with a dry cloth. We also advise to occasionally air out the product to allow the fabric to breath and increase the lifecycle of the product.

Great backpack 10/10

Good nylon backpack with great storage. Great for travels

My friends make me annoying!

Pros:
1.Design: Unlike the many identical-looking backpacks on the street, this one stands out. Other brands have similar designs, but I needed something that would work well with both my office attire and casual travel outfits, and this fits the bill perfectly.
2.Material: The premium-feeling material with water-repellent features ensures that my laptop stays safe.
3.Storage: The dedicated laptop compartment makes it easy to retrieve my laptop, especially at airports. The main compartment is spacious enough for a 2-day business trip or a weekend getaway.
4.Extras: I bought it from the official website and received a free pouch, which is extremely handy for storing small items like a laptop charger. The adjustable strap mechanism is also very user-friendly.
Cons:
My friends keep asking where I bought it from, which gets a bit annoying!:)

Top Quality Backpack

Top notch quality, Fully satisfied with the quality for the price & would give this a 10/10. I was already aware of Mandarina Duck's reputation in Italy but was skeptical about the quality of their line which they released in INDIA only. But i was wrong and they delivered above my expectations. Excited to use this.

Great backpack!

This backpack is highly functional and very sturdy because of its nylon shell. To start with it has a spacious main compartment that can accomodate items for a short trip, and lots of pockets with easy access. My favourite bit is the laptop compartment at the back accessible via its own zipper making it very convenient for security checks at airports.
It is also highly versatile since it will compliment most of your outfits as well.
