Return Exchange Refund
Return & Exchange:
As per our return policy, a return can only be initiated if the product delivered is wrong or damaged to the original product promised.
For quality or customer satisfaction-related queries, the customer can initiate an exchange with another product from our website at the same cart value or above. The customer must bear the shipping charges of the return shipment. The customer will bear All additional charges if the product is higher than the original cart value in case of exchange-related queries.
Refund:
All refunds on Cash on Delivery(COD) orders will be processed within 10-15 days from the date of processing.
All refunds for Prepaid orders will be processed within 2-3 days from the date of processing and a 3% of internet charges will be detected for the original value.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How can I initiate a return?
- Request the return through the email ciao@mandarinaduck.in within 7 days after receiving the package.
- Provide your order number and list of items you will be returning. Make sure the products are eligible for return.
- You will get a confirmation within 3 days after sending the email.
- Return the unwanted product(s) in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
*If one of these conditions is not respected, please get in touch with our customer service before returning the product(s) and wait for our reply. If we notice that there is an issue with the returned product(s) and you did not inform us beforehand, you will not be refunded for the said product.
*Please note shipping charges won’t be refundable. In case of Return and Exchange, the shipping charges have to be borne by the customer
