To avoid microfibre release, it is advised to spot clean the bag on focused areas with a dry cloth. We also advise to occasionally air out the product to allow the fabric to breath and increase the lifecycle of the product.

All our products purchased on the website come with a 12 month warranty for all bags and accessories. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Not to worry, we have a 7 day return program from the day of reception. The returned product must be in the original condition and packaging with all tags intact.
